As Tanyeri Law Firm, we attach great importance to the protection of the personal data of our users visiting our website at www.tanyeri.av.tr, and our prospective clients using the contact form and legal calculation tools.

This text has been prepared to inform you in our capacity as the "Data Controller" in accordance with Article 10 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK") and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles to be Complied with in Fulfilling the Obligation to Inform.

Your collected personal data is processed for the following purposes based on the legal grounds specified in Article 5 of the KVKK:

  • Based on the legal ground that it is directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract: To respond to questions, requests, and consultancy applications submitted via the contact form and to provide you with the results of the calculation services you requested.

  • Based on the legal ground of being explicitly stipulated in the laws and fulfilling legal obligations: To keep traffic records (logs) in accordance with Law No. 5651 and to respond to legal requests from authorized public institutions.

  • Based on the legal ground of legitimate interest: To ensure the security of our website, detect technical errors, and optimize the user experience.

Tanyeri Law Firm strictly does not share or sell collected personal data to third parties for commercial, advertising, or marketing purposes. Your data may only be transferred:

  • To legally authorized public institutions and organizations upon a duly made request to fulfill legal obligations.

  • To our information technology suppliers, from whom we receive services for website hosting, maintaining technical infrastructure, and ensuring data security, strictly in compliance with KVKK rules.
