As Tanyeri Law Firm, we attach great importance to the protection of the personal data of our users visiting our website at www.tanyeri.av.tr, prospective clients using our legal calculation tools, and guests physically visiting our office.

This text has been prepared to inform you as the "Data Controller" in accordance with Article 10 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK").

  • Identity and Contact Data: Your name, surname, email address, and phone number that you voluntarily share when filling out the contact form.

  • Message and Calculation Content: General explanations written in the contact form and technical data entered into the calculation tools.
     

This data is processed for the purposes of responding to your inquiries, fulfilling our legal log-keeping obligations, and ensuring site security (in accordance with KVKK Article 5/2).

3. In-Office Camera Systems (CCTV) Disclosure Text

To ensure physical space security, video recording is conducted via closed-circuit camera systems (CCTV) in common areas such as the entrance door, waiting room, and corridors of Tanyeri Law Firm.
 

  • Attorney-Client Confidentiality: In accordance with our strict obligation of confidentiality, camera recording is absolutely not conducted in meeting rooms and attorney offices where client meetings take place. Our cameras do not record audio.

  • Purpose of Processing: Ensuring the security of the building and workplace, tracking visitors, and preserving evidence for potential legal disputes.

  • Retention Period: Records are kept securely in digital format for 30 days in accordance with data security standards, after which they are automatically deleted.

4. Transfer of Processed Data

Tanyeri Law Firm strictly does not share or sell the personal data it collects (website data or camera recordings) with third parties for commercial, advertising, or marketing purposes. Your data may only be transferred to authorized public institutions and judicial authorities (courts, prosecutors' offices) upon a duly made request in order to fulfill statutory legal obligations.

5. Cookie Policy

Our website uses cookies to improve the user experience of our visitors. You have the right to block cookies by changing your browser settings; however, disabling cookies may prevent some features on our site (such as calculation tools) from functioning at full capacity.

6. Your Rights Under KVKK (Article 11)
