• Partial Amendment: Amending only a specific part of the case (e.g., solely increasing the compensation amount).

 

4. What is the Amendment Fee?

When a lawsuit's value increases through an amendment, the state collects a proportional court fee on this increased amount, known as the amendment fee (or supplementary fee).
